The HeArt Club set up a game booth under the bridge during the Christmas show. We decided the game should be ring toss since it was easy to explain and play and that the prize was a goodie bag with sweets in it. Me and the other leaders of the club, Sana and Elly, were in charge of buying and packing the sweets. A difficulty I faced was managing the budget to buy snacks that fit the price range people would pay for a game. I ended up calculating it while shopping at the store with the help of other members. It turned out well.

The day we set up was hectic. There were a crowd of kids waiting to play the game. We each could only stay at the booth for a limited time because we had to perform in the show. We also didn't have enough change. In the end, it somehow worked out and we made a profit, but I think it could be planned more thoroughly beforehand.
